hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Tacton i Stockholm Tacton Systems, an enterprise software company, is seeking a Business Controller for our headquarters in Stockholm. You will be a key member in our Finance team, supporting our company on our growth journey. Business controlling is a new yet important function in the company, and the expectation is that you will establish and develop the function. You need to be a self-starter, outgoing, and high-energy to prosper in our team, and you will report to our Chief Financial Officer.
Tacton Systems is a world leader in sales and product configuration solutions also called CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), with customers across the globe like GE, Siemens, ABB and Caterpillar. We work closely with all our customers, to help them revolutionize their processes, to grow, and to become more competitive.
The role as Business Controller includes:
Support decision-making in providing relevant and thorough financial analysis and insights
Explain financial results and deviations compared to business cases and financial plans
Analyze profitability of products, market segments, customers and projects
With a high degree of pro-activity, support the organization in securing that financial KPI's are met
Together with the business develop, plan, budget, forecast and follow up all activities across the organization
Identify risks & opportunities in the business
Support CFO in the transformation of the finance function
You have:
Master's degree in Finance.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as business controller - preferably from a fast-growing tech/software company, where you have built up the controlling function.
Excellent skills in Excel and Power Point.
Project management skills as well as broad, proactive problem-solving skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Swedish and English, along with strong organizational and multitasking skills applied in a fast-paced working environment.
Demonstrated high level knowledge of financial reporting processes/systems and internal financial controls.
Experience within project based accounting is also considered as an additional qualification.
