hela Sverige Nederman are looking for an engaged and driven Business Controller based in their head office in Helsingborg. As Business Controller you will be part of the central group finance function and report to the Group Controller with a dotted line to the Group CFO. For the right person, this position can lead to significant opportunities for development and progression in the Nederman organisation.
As Business Controller you will have responsibility for preparing reports for Nederman's group management and board including analysis of the business and financial performance of the divisions and the group. As part of that responsibility you will be involved in the monthly group consolidation procedure and have significant involvement in the budget and forecasting processes.
Responsibility for the business controlling of an emerging division within the Nederman Group is an important element of this role.
You will also be involved in continually developing and implementing routine and process improvements, as well as providing support to various business development, product development, and other group level projects. Involvement in acquisition activities and business integration also falls under the scope of the Business Controller role.
The position involves many international contacts and some travel will be part of the job.
Background
You will have a university degree and approximately 3-5 year's experience in a group accounting or controlling role in an international environment, alternatively an accounts audit background where you have had significant exposure to international group accounting, group controlling, and have been actively involved in monthly procedures.
Nederman's group language is English and it is vital that you have very good skills in both spoken and written English. Experience from Cognos Controller or another similar group consolidation system is beneficial.
