DENTSPLY Implants is looking for a Business Controller that will act as the business partner for our Global Sales Organization. The Finance Sales International department is responsible for the business controlling of the full P&L for all our 25 sales units worldwide.
DESCRIPTION
As one of the leading companies in implant dentistry we can offer an exciting workplace in a growing company. This position means ensuring quality, accuracy, predictability and timely delivery of results from our sales units. It also includes creating competitor?s analysis, benchmarking and commentary to senior management. Understanding the business and economic drivers of actual results versus operating plan and forecast is essential. Support our sales units in pursuit of financial targets through in-depth analysis and sharing of financial and system knowledge, you will be the link between the central and local organization. Actively ensure that best practices are shared throughout the organization. You will take the lead and develop the monthly forecasting and yearly budget process, as well as improving, enhancing and develop reporting packages.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
To be a good fit in this role it is highly recommended to have international working experience and advanced skills in Excel. It is useful to be a quick learner of new methods and technologies. Experience in Oracle Hyperion Suit is valuable. Ability to work in a dynamic environment both individually and in a team. A key factor is to be a strong example of integrity and 'Doing the Right Thing'.
Minimum 10 years of experience in finance related roles including financial planning and analysis, process improvement or project management. Expertise in business analysis, understands various types of business propositions and how businesses operate in general. We presume that you have excellent English and Swedish oral and written communications skills, more languages skills are beneficial.
