Description
Business Control & Finance within Tetra Recart is responsible for Management Reporting, Business Control, IT and Site Administration. The applicant will report to the Director Business Control & Finance and have a close interaction with the Sales & Technical Support Director as well as Market company finance departments globally.
Main responsibilities
• Support the commercial team in creating customer solutions - specifically, building comprehensive business cases to support decisions in the pre-contract phase, including preparing pay back calculations and financing solutions in the CE sales process
• Support project management team in financial follow-up of CE installation projects
• Provide supporting analyses towards decisions on product pricing and regularly follow up on product sales and profitability
• Support and control the Technical service department
• Ensure consolidation and analysis of information in the budget and 3 Y plan as well as the actual process - Packaging Material and Capital Equipment sales result, as well as Technical service sales result
• Liaise with Market Companies to secure alignment in financial treatment of capital equipment sales or rental
• Ensure that commercial practices and guidelines are documented and updated as required
• Super user of Business Objects
Qualifications
You are able to see the broad business perspective and at the same time drive for results. You should have a strong analytical approach with the ability to synthesize data into a clear analysis with conclusions and actions - that drives key decisions. Furthermore you have a proactive approach and are quick to flag issues before they escalate. You are a team player with good communication skills and can work easily in a matrix organisation.
The successful candidate has a Bachelors/University degree in Finance and minimum five years of professional experience, preferably in the areas of sales contracts, equipment financing, product costing and project control. It is meriting if you have SAP experience. Fluent in English, both written and oral is a requirement.
