We are looking for an independent and driven Business Controller to join the International Mature Market (IMM) regional office at ArjoHuntleigh in Malmö. Working at ArjoHuntleigh, you will play a key part in the consolidation, reporting and development of the region's financial (reporting & controlling) and business environment.
The position
In this position you will be part of a small effective regional team with focus on driving reporting and controlling processes and delivering timely submissions. You will act as an ERP expert and will be responsible for process documentation and reports. You will be the sparring partner for Regional VP Finance and if you become successful in the role, we will offer you a great opportunity to continue to grow and develop within our organization.
Your main responsibilities and tasks include:
• Financial controlling and reporting of the regions financial statement
• Maintaining and developing the â'world class' platform for country reporting
• Ensure country compliance to IFRS and Getting policies
• Drive cost analysis and balance sheet reviews
• Active participation in new ERP system rollout (SAP) and process optimization projects
• Participate in internal audit visits to countries
• Be a system expert guiding the finance functions in the IMM region
• Provide clear and insightful finance transparency for business decisions
• Engage regional and country business opportunities from a financial perspective
Occasional travel is expected to up to 30 days per year.
The ideal candidate
Our ideal candidate has 2-3 years experience from working with accounting and/or controlling in a multicultural and international environment. Your key characteristics include:
• A Master's degree or equivalent in finance and/or accounting
• ERP and Consolidation System experience, preferably from Cognos, M3 and SAP
• Work experience from IFRS and Internal Control is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Knowledge of Swedish and/or Danish is an advantage

You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with an ability to establish healthy relations with our stakeholders. It is also important that you have a challenging attitude and an ability to stand up for your opinions. Due to the dynamic and broad scope of the role, it is crucial that you have a good ability to prioritize and to work independently under tight deadlines. We also see that you have an analytical and detail-oriented mindset, without losing the helicopter view over the overall deliverable.
