Klarna is rapidly growing in size and complexity as we introduce new markets and products, thereby increasing the demand for effective management control. The Financial Planning and Analysis team (FP&A) is responsible for providing decision support to management by analyzing company performance, evaluating business opportunities and developing models for financial and operational planning and forecasting. The team consists of analysts and controllers with different areas of expertise. However, they of course have one thing in common - they are all smart, driven and brilliant people.

As Business Controller you will support Klarna?s divisions in taking the right decisions and allocating our resources to where they generate the most value. Through a close relationship with division heads, you are a trusted advisor and provide analysis of business opportunities and projects. You also maintain an efficient flow in key financial processes such as business planning, budgeting and follow-up. The role is vital in enabling the divisions to steer towards their operational and financial targets.

A successful candidate likely has up to 3 years of experience within business/financial analysis/control and is eager to step up to a new challenge. A degree in business, finance, engineering or similar is required. You have excellent skills in MS Office, Excel in particular. That you are fluent in oral and written English is a given.

As a person, you have the ability to approach problems and situations from different perspectives. You are motivated by continuous improvement and able to driving projects and initiatives independently. You are a team player, have good communication skills and dare to stand your ground while at the same time maintaining flexibility. You get energy from contributing and helping your team deliver on time.
