We are looking for a Business Controller for our Stockholm or Västerås facility

Your Role
In this role you will work as Business Controller at our SER Division (Services). You will find yourself in a wide role working with everything from managing master data and implementing finance guidelines to leading finance processes and expense controlling. The role covers both a manufacturing site and maintenance depots, which amounts to five locations.
Your Challenges
• Be responsible for compilation of the Actuals Financial Information on a monthly basis and analysis on the variances (from budget & latest forecast).
• Be responsible for country coordination of forecast, budget & strategic plan.
• Be responsible for master data maintenance.
• Be responsible for the expense controlling for Sweden.
• Ensure that all finance related processes are properly implemented and guidelines are provided to all finance employees in Sweden.
Your Experience and Qualifications
To succeed in this role you need to fulfill the following criteria's:
• University degree in business administration with major in finance, accounting and controlling.
• At least one year experience from a similar role.
• Experience from business controlling, preferably in a project environment.
• Experience from working in an international environment.
• It's an advantage if you have experience from accounting.
• Fluent Swedish and English skills.
As a person you need to have a hands on approach with a strong drive for result and a customer focus. You also need to be analytical and strategic and have attention to details.
