We are now strengthening our resources and we are therefore looking for a Business Controller to our department in Stockholm, Sweden.This function will be reporting to the Corporate Director of Sourcing.Your tasks
You will be working as our internal business controller expert when it comes to allocation of raw materials between suppliers and plants. This done by a computer matrix and you will be responsible for the connection between customer, item and supplier in our ERP system.
This responsibility also includes keeping track of our ExWorks cost in different currencies from our suppliers, and DDU/DDP internal prices to our plants (mainly in EUR and USD) in order to make sure that we have full cost coverage.
Other tasks are to create, manage and administer routines and rules within Corporate Sourcing.
Areas to cover are supplier agreements, incoming and outgoing invoices, administer all records in our existing and coming sourcing software applications, internal item numbers, supplier item numbers, supplier and plant terms, TARIC numbers for customs, hedging of currencies and forward that to Corporate Finance, keeping our VAT matrix updated.
You will also create, manage, administer needed reports and analysis from a sourcing perspective to Corporate Sourcing colleagues and to our plants.
This will be done in QlikView and Excel.
Some travels are required, but not on an frequent basisQualifications
You must have relevant economic skills from university or equivalent, specialised into controlling. Experience and skills from sourcing, purchasing or logistics are strong merits.
As a person you have to be creative and engaged with a strong analytical capacity. You will have to be able to work both alone and in teams. We have high demands on your social and collaborative skills.
It is very important that you are service minded and can take own initiatives.
You must be very good in talking and writing English since this is our company language. If you can master other languages, we will consider that as a strong merit.
From a practical perspective, you must have had experience from participating in projects and preferably project management.
Very good skills in Microsoft Office is a must.Application
