For our well-known client within automotive industry, we are looking for a senior Business Controller.
A day at work at our client will include preparation, accurate consolidation and submission of plans, targets, and forecasts for Digital Core. You will perform deep-dive analysis of the financial work related to the Digital Core organization, while actively working with the business partners to secure strong financial performance.
You will be responsible for financial reporting for OpEx & CapEx, and act as a bridge between the Digital Core operations, Business Control and Accounting. To do this you'll build relationships with business owners, to understand their expenses and to coordinate monthly forecasts according to the approved plans.
Furthermore, you will be deeply involved into the creation of the mid- and long-term business plans. You will as well define the financial impact and the discipline for strategic investments. Working closely together in the team, they support the Digital Core organization in variety of special projects and ad hoc analyses. You will be responsible for continuous maintenance and control of the full year outlook, to bring awareness of changes and potential risks and opportunities.
In their responsibility also lies the evaluation of the major drivers and fluctuations for period variances, and other relevant benchmarks. Our client is constantly reviewing the processes and work with continuous improvement mindset.
The role is located on-site in Gothenburg.

Qualifications
• You are a senior business controller with several years relevant experience.
• You have an academic degree in finance, accounting, business related field or similar.
• You have proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
• You have experience from financial reporting for OpEx & CapEx.
• You have experience in creating reports and dashboards in Power BI.
• You are fluent in English, both oral and written.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40h/week. The position will start in January, and the assignment is expected to run until 2024-09-30 with possibility of extension.
