About the department
We are looking for a Controller for our Business Controlling organization. You will work with our controlling team supporting Energy Infrastructure Solutions (EIS), Future Energy Home (FEH) and E.ON Drive. The role will focus on supporting the solutions business that provides e-Mobility and PV solutions to businesses and private customers, an exciting and growing market with high ambitions for the upcoming years.

About the position
As a Business Controller you will be a finance business partner, supporting one of our business units (FEH or E.ON Drive), you will also be involved in overall finance topics. Your role is to work with our key processes in monthly closing and budget/forecasting, but you will also provide qualitative financial and commercial input to strategic decisions, challenge key forecasting assumptions and deliver expert financial analysis of key risks and opportunities. On top of this you will ensure compliance and that the business follows the company's strategy. You will work in close collaboration with the business in Sweden, functional management in Germany as well as other support functions such as accounting, tax, legal, treasury, financial controlling, etc.
The role includes:
• Maintaining a high quality in monthly closing activities as preparation of accruals, including sign off and bookings within your area of accountability.
• Business planning, preparing budgets and forecasts according to business requirements and local/central instructions.
• Performance reporting for your area of accountability.
• Work collaboratively with the business in reviewing different sales opportunities.
• Involvement in pricing and costing process.
• Secure appropriate handling of projects from both an accounting and a controlling point of view.
• Investment planning and follow up.
• Work collaboratively with the functional management team in Germany and drive an effective reporting process to secure delivery.
The position is located in Malmö.
We are looking for
To thrive and succeed in the role we believe that you have a university degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration. You have several years of experience from a similar role, preferable from bigger companies and are familiar with IFRS, SAP, and MS Office. Fluent communication skills in Swedish and in English, both verbally and in writing, are necessary.
You are a person with strong analytical skills and can interpret and present data and information in a clear and logical format. We believe that you are curious and positive to new challenges, innovations and to move at a fast pace. Since you will have several internal and external collaborations, you are a team player with good communication skills.
