hela Sverige We are looking for a proactive Business Controller to step into a key role in our organization and growth strategy. You will partner closely with our business leaders in Sweden. What is the role all about?
In this role, you will act as the Lead Finance Business Partner to Business Managers and Sales Managers in the Enfo IT consultancy business in Sweden. In this role you will interact with people and take ownership as you will be driving improvements in reporting and measurement to support operational excellence and business results. You will also have an important role in the implementation process of our new ERP system at Enfo. This is a modern ERP system for consultancy business needs.
You will be reporting to our Head of Business Controlling in Finland and be part of our cross-Nordic team.
What will your key responsibilities be?
You will support Business Managers in
• Follow-up and analysis of business financial performance and KPI's.
• Driver-based business forecasting.
• Decision making with scenario analyses.
• Ad hoc analyses.
You will support Sales Managers in
• Follow-up and analysis of customer sales and profitability.
• Pricing, especially related to big sales quotes.
You will also ensure timely and correct reporting of performance
• Communicate with the accounting team & Business Managers.
• Maintain service standard costing.
• Develop common processes and tools for faster and more reliable closing of books.
Who you are
As a person you are passionate about business acumen and business partnering. You have excellent interpersonal and cooperation skills, as well as an analytical mindset. You are capable of driving change in an organization with a positive attitude. Finally, you have a structured and proactive way of working.
We believe that you
• Have experience from a similar role as Business Controller, preferably in consulting business within an international context
• Have a M.Sc. degree within the field of Finance
• Can translate financial and other data into business-relevant information
• Have good command of Excel and other Office tools. Experience from ERP and BI tools is considered as an asset.
• Communicate fluently, written as well as spoken, in both Swedish and English
