Someone who enjoys working in a dynamic setting with many different stakeholders where we team up to deliver results and work together to find new ways of doing things. This is the perfect position if you want to be at the center helping managers to take the right decisions and providing them with essential information to do so.
We provide cutting-edge solutions for our mining and construction customers, and within our business control team, we support the divisions to keep doing that by offering efficient, reliable, and proactive financial and business analysis to our key stakeholders. Your mission
In this position, you're part of our strong financial network spanning 11 divisions and 15 sales areas. You're one of the business partners to our management team and investor relations as well as a provider of financial information for the performance management processes. Further, you help us shape the performance management process and tools of tomorrow. You support profitability analysis preparation and validation of business cases and investment proposals. You create forecasts, analyze, and follow up on numbers, and present your findings to provide actionable recommendations and support decision-making. In addition, you contribute with your financial knowledge to various change and development projects.
The location for this position is at the World Trade Center in Stockholm, however, for the right candidate, the position can be somewhat flexible with potential relocation to Stockholm. Global traveling will be part of your job in the future, approximately 3-4 days per month.
Your character
We're looking for someone with a degree in Finance, Economics or Engineering, combined with a few years' experience in the business control field. We believe that you have exceptional skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI, and thrive in a truly global environment. Experience from consolidation systems, and specifically OneStream, is beneficial.
You're a natural networker who easily builds strong relationships based on trust and honesty. You enjoy working with narrow deadlines and always deliver when promised and take great pride in doing so. Being technical and detail-oriented comes in handy in this role and when it comes down to the big things, you strongly believe that the best solutions emerge from great collaboration across the entire organization.
