Your mission
You contribute to reaching the overall operational and financial goals - providing recommendations, driving, and supporting key business decisions with fact-based analysis and simulation, and supporting in projects and initiatives with a continuing focus on monitor performance. You also develop improvements of our routines and support the performance management processes, including KPI development and implementation. Part of your job is also forecasts, period-end reports and analysis, preparation, as well as validation of business cases and investment proposals, on time reporting of actual forecast and target results and to provide proactive ad-hoc analysis. You're an active member of one of the IT Management teams and collaborate with other parts of the organization.
The location for this position is at our Swedish sites; Gasverket, Stockholm or Sandbacka Park, Sandviken.
Your character
We' are looking for someone with a degree in Finance combined with extensive experience from business control, financial control and business analysis in international settings. You're experienced in driving development and improvements in both reporting and forecasting accuracy and have experience in agile working methods. You're a proficient user of Office 365 as well as of different business financial systems - knowledge in FinOps, SAP, ServiceNow and Power BI is beneficial. We're a global business, which calls for fluency in English, while skills in Swedish are a plus.

Your understanding of the business helps you spot irregularities, and you're comfortable in making decisions and inspiring change. You're forward-thinking and enthusiastic to find new ways - eager to bring your colleagues with you.
