Having left the startup phase, we are now scaling up with regards to product development and market presence and we are now in search of a Business Controller.
What you 'll do
• Responsible for overall invoicing and tracking of revenues
• Work together with Sales and Customer Success Teams to make sure contacts are followed through
• Be the main contact person for our personnel and customers for everything related to payments (questions about invoices, contracts, ...)
• Create SaaS-specific reports for management (MRR, churn,...)
• Analyze and follow-up on the company's KPI 's and other metrics
• Follow up on budgets and financial targets
• Establish and enhance processes related to reporting and routines
• Support the organization by managing financial ad-hoc projects
• Develop relationships between the finance department and other stakeholders in the company.
Who we are looking for
We want you to have at least 4 years of working experience and relevant education. You have previously worked as a controller in a growing company alternatively in a big accounting firm's audit or transaction services department. You are a responsible and analytical person with a passion for numbers who also enjoys working on a strategic level. You appreciate being part of an ambitious and competent organization where you have the possibility to create relations and work together across borders. You also have an aptitude for seeing the big picture and an openness towards change.
It's important that you are both proactive and structured and that finding effective solutions is a part of who you are. You have excellent knowledge of the Google workspace suite and it's a great advantage if you also have experience from system implementation. You are proficient in both Swedish and English.
Knowledge:
• 4+ years of relevant work experience from Finance or Accounting
• Background from the Software / SaaS-industry is an advantage
• Knowledge of accounting software
• Google Workspace (deep knowledge in spreadsheet) and natural born computer knowledge :)
• Proactive nature and independent working style
• Have profound financial knowledge with strong focus on business analysis and a data-savvy thinking is a must
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
