About the job
As Business Controller you will play a vital role in the development of the company and our international operations. You will be working closely with the finance and accounting organization in Sweden and at the group headquarter in Minneapolis as well as the international management functions. Calabrio International currently has operations locally in 10 countries in Europe, Middle East and Asia.
Main tasks
Drive the financial analysis, planning and management reporting for Calabrio International
Budgeting and forecasting processes
Analysis of financial and operational performance vs. budget/forecast
KPI development and follow up
Support the International accounting team in monthly, quarterly and annual closings
Ad hoc analyses and decision support for the entire organization
About you
Academic degree in finance
3-5 years working experience in a similar role
Analytical and good communication skills in Swedish and English
Self-propelled and capable of owning and driving the area as subject matter expert
Experience from BI tools and Data Warehouse solutions
Advanced user of MS Excel
Experience from using Adaptive Insights and Workday Financials and Salesforce.com is valuable
Process oriented and good business understanding
