Over 850 dedicated professionals manage a portfolio consisting of 145.000 vehicles representing around 85 billion SEK of assets financed, and a portfolio of 82.000 insurance policies.
The aim for SFS is to become a true and integrated part of the Scania Solution Sales offering, by developing customer satisfaction and loyalty while adding values to the stakeholders and customer's customers when living the Scania Experience. At the SFS Head Office located in Södertälje a group of some 50 colleagues, representing many nationalities, steers and supports the overall SFS business.
Job Description
The Business Controller's role has a focus on the steering of the business and is mainly to perform business and financial analysis activities to enable the organization to achieve its goals.
The main responsibilities as Business Controller:
• Perform monthly analysis of outcome and follow-up of result compared to forecast for consolidated SFS as well as for all BU's.
• Coordinate and perform the financial planning work at SFS to be presented at Scania and Volkswagen level in an efficient and reliable way.
• Continuously develop and quality assure the financial processes at SFS.
• Provide management information and prepare material for board meetings to central SFS Management and Board as well as to local BU's.
• Cost and project follow-up and financial planning for SFS central costs
• Prepare decision material regarding capital structure and dividend payments for all group entities
• Coordinate the investment process for SFS and support investment calculations and preparations in local BU's
• Support to the finance companies in various business issues
• Participate in different Financial Services and Cross-functional projects
As Business Controller you will have the opportunity to work in an international environment with close contact with our finance managers and other colleagues within Business units around the world. This also means that you will travel from time to time. You will also work together with the financial controllers at Scania Group Reporting and Control.
Your profile
In order to succeed in this position you will need to have 3-5 years of relevant experience of working with analysing performance, financial and business controlling and with ambitions to support SFS's further developments in this area as well as a keen interest in financing.
The suitable candidate needs to have the following skills:

• Experienced excel user
• Fluent in written and spoken English
It would be beneficial if you have experience from a Financial Services company, and/or have worked with Scania's group reporting system HFM and smartview.
