Axis is now looking for a Business Controller of our Sales organization at our Finance Department here in Lund.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
In this challenging role you will be a business partner to our global sales organization. In your partner role you will be working closely with the whole sales organization, proactively focusing on future progress. You will also analyse their development against budget, prior months, quarters and also by using relevant KPI:s. You will have regular follow up meetings as well as visiting our different subsidiaries around the world and have a general good understanding of their current projects. Therefor the position requires a few days of travelling per month.
The business is rapidly growing and this position is important in our aim to strengthen our control of our different departments.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We believe that you are a service minded person with good communication skills and an open minded and energetic attitude. You are curious, future oriented and open for change. Your curiosity makes you good at asking questions, constantly challenging the existing ways in a constructive manner, contributing to improvements and further development. Your structural and analytical skills enable you to work in a goal focused and independent way, meeting deadlines and handling multiple priorities. You have the ability to see the big picture.
You have:
• 5-7 years’ solid experience from similar tasks
• University degree in Business and Administration
• Documented knowledge of leading projects
Your English is fluent, both written and verbal.
