Opportunity Description
Are you passionate about creating customer value, understanding business needs, and making financials understandable? VCE Sales Region Europe & International is currently looking for a business controller to strengthen our team. Your base will be in Eskilstuna, Sweden but you will have daily contact with colleagues all over the world.
In your role, you will work in a dynamic environment providing business and commercial support to our Market Areas and various functions within the Sales Regions. You are expected to be a true business partner to your dedicated Market Areas and other stakeholders, analyzing their business and offer support to drive business forward. Your main responsibilities consist of analysis of monthly results and forecasts, commenting on deviations and performance as well as sharing information with Head of Business Control, Heads of Market Areas, and upper management within VCE.

You will be part of a great Business Control Team within Sales Region Europe & International. The team consists of 10 controllers today and we support all parts of the organization in financial matters. One of our focus areas is digitalization and run projects to continually improve quality and communication throughout the sales organization. We are also responsible for reporting, analyzing and validation of month-end and year-end closing as well as being a natural part in global financial projects.

Who are you? Competence & Mindset
To be successful in this role we believe that you are proactive and analytical, that you foresee questions by looking at the big picture as well as being able to dig down into details. You have a genuine interest in understanding the business from start to finish and apply your financial voice to any discussion. With a very diverse workplace we value that you are experienced in building relationships, networks and partnerships and have an outgoing personality. You need to be an advanced English speaker and experience with financial visualization is seen as an advantage.
You are open minded and action oriented. You are full of energy for challenges and sees opportunities rather than problems.
Qualification Required
University degree in Finance, Business Administration or equal qualification
Experience from business control, working as a business partner and data visualization is an advantage
