We are now strengthening our team at Global Operations Indirect Sourcing & Logistics and are looking for a Business Controller Logistic to Husqvarna Group.
About the job
As a Business Controller at Global Operations Indirect Sourcing & Logistics you will act as a business partner and support the improvement of operational performance. You will be an important part of the management team in Global Operations Indirect Sourcing & Logistics. You will work cross functional and co-operate with other controlling functions within Husqvarna Group.
Your main responsibility will be controlling the logistics spend included in the indirect sourcing spend within the Husqvarna Forest & Garden Division. You will analyzing financial data, reporting progress towards commitments and follow-up of non-financial KPI:s. With these analyzes you will support business with sound financial judgement and evaluate proposed projects.
You will also:
• Drive budget- and forecast processes within supply chain and indirect sourcing
• Continuously improve data quality related to the supply chain financial follow up.
• Mentor the Supply Chain team to promote a better understanding of financial tools and
metrics, conduct trainings and establish guidelines.
• Prepare for and be an active participant in Ops reviews.
• Take active part in group wide projects in the area of controlling.
Who are you?
In order to succeed in this role we believe you are a self-driven and result oriented person, holding strong business acumen, drive and sense of urgency. You are structured and possess strong attention to detail and accuracy, even in a fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines. Of importance is also your analytical skills and ability to conduct analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable recommendations and presentations. As this person will support and cooperate closely with different functions, we believe you have good collaborations skills and feel comfortable having many contacts within the organization.
You need extensive experience, minimum three years, from operational finance and preferable have a master's degree in finance, Industrial Engineering or equivalent. You have progressive experience in Accounting/Finance including cost accounting, budgeting, and forecasting and you are of course fluent in English.
We also see that you have:
• Advanced excel skills, ERP/MRP proficiency (preferably JDE/SAP), Power BI is a plus.
• Related experience in a manufacturing/logistics environment
• Experience from a multi-national organization is desired.
