We are now looking for a Business controller with focus on IT and Project management to our newly established Business controller team in Kista.

You are a member of the extended group IT management team while at the same time playing an important role in the wider Group business controlling team to secure that both global business projects and the IT organization is delivering tangible, operational and financial, results. We have a new IT management team in place and they have just started an IT transformation journey to become a business partner to the organization. The team is aiming to change the IT operating model and to start measure cost vs benefits to better understand delivered result to the organization.

The role will lead and/or participate in the business case process for our global projects, such as ERP transformation and Sales excellence projects, and also be part of started projects to add financial perspectives as well as tracking, both operational and financial, performance. Further, establish and develop more tangible project KPI's to be implemented into our Project management model.

The position is critical in the business controller team to move information sharing to our Business intelligence system, both on SharePoint and mobile apps. The position is responsible for the business planning/budget, forecast and monthly cost analysis process for the IT organization.

Exciting position with great chance to influence, develop and strengthen our new business controller team as well as the IT and Project organization. The position will report to VP Group Finance, and a dotted line to SVP Global IT.

QUALIFICATIONS
University degree in finance and/or industrial engineering with excellent grades
Five or more years of experience from business controlling within a multinational company or as a management consultant
Fluent in English
Presentation skills to both communicate and present info/reports in a highly professional way
Strong ability and experience to work with big data sets in various databases and BI tools such as Power BI
Experience of operational IT and Project KPI's is a merit

Independent with a well-developed ability to make decisions
Ability to multi-task in a changing environment and work within tight deadlines

The position is based in our office in Kista, but will require some travelling.
