As Business Controller at Volvo Car Body Components in Olofström you will be apart of the Finance Department and will be supporting part of our operational business within the manufacturing of body components. You like being in a role were you interact with many different departments and groups, were you have communication surfaces from production to management level. You will be a member of an operational management team and report to the finance Manager.
Main responsibilities
• You have an active role in the financial statements by analysing, post comments, track performance and monitor the unit's profitability
• Act as financial support
• Direct/interact with operational activities related to efficiency work
• Challenge the organisation with proactive action for financial and performance management
• Train / coach the business in economics
• You are an active part in formulating objectives within the operational units, e.g. through the development of new performance indicators
Required qualifications
• Experience from working as a Business Controller or equivalent
• Relevant academic education in business administration/finance
• High level of IT skills in different tools e.g. Excel, Query, SAP/R3
• Fluency in English both written and spoken
• Former experience from working with Swedish Tax regulations and finances.
