Volvo Group Real Estate is an integrated function in the Volvo Group, with strategic and operational responsibility for the Group's properties and real estate assets as well as for facility management. We are responsible for the entire property lifecycle, from acquisition to divestment. We optimize the use and value of the Volvo Group's facilities, owned and leased. We act as a center of expertise, generating economies of skills and scale in the real estate area. We are approximately 350 employees supporting Volvo Group in 60 countries worldwide. Our property footprint consists of some 1000 sites, both leased and owned. We manage all types of properties: dealers, workshops, offices, warehouses, production facilities and more.

Volvo Group Real Estate (RE) contains of five Divisions and three functions where Business Control is one. The Volvo Group Real Estate head quarter is located in Gothenburg. Business Control includes once central team and three regions, North, West and East which consist of divisional and regional controllers. We are here to make Volvo become a desired workplace, where engaged people can grow and develop which will drive better business result. We are business partners who work close to our colleagues to supports business decisions and prioritization, consistently strives to maximize the added value in order to improve the business performance.
JOB DESCRIPTION
You will belong to the Central Business Control team within the Business Control function. You will report to the Vice President RE Business Control (BC). Your main focus will be to drive and coordinate the Estimate and Financial Business Plan for Real Estate i.e. consolidate, analyze and challenge the result as well as preparing and presenting and communicating the outcome to management. As a team member you will also take the responsibility, as everyone in the tea, for our continues improvement journey in order to reach the Real Estate target Image.
You will also be responsible for maintaining and developing RE Financial Model (e.g. Allocation model) to be aligned with the management requirements. Within this areas you are responsible for providing training related to the allocation model to create awareness and understanding. Support the dialogue and understanding for all our colleagues to be able to take conscious decision to work with efficiency and prioritization.
Travel: Limited travelling will be required

WHO ARE YOU?
To be successful in this position you have a business driven mindset with high analytical skills and a lot of energy and accountable for your deliveries. You need to be flexible, well organized and have great communication and networking skills, but most of all you are a true team player and you contribute with good team spirit.
Your main focus will be to:
Maintain and develop Real Estate allocation model
Analyze and report allocations in Closing, Estimates and Financial Business Plan (FBP)
You will be the Single Point of Contact for Truck Divisions/Business Area and Group Functions (TD/BA and GF) when it comes to RE allocations
Drive, coordinate, consolidate and analyze the Estimates and Financial Business Plan for Real Estate
Challenge and communicating the Estimates and Financial Business Plan to management
Support decision-making in providing relevant and thorough financial analysis and insights
Implement financial guidelines and routines within the controlling area
Participate or drive various projects within Real Estate
Develop, harmonize, implement, improve and evaluate the Business Control functions ways of working
Required knowledge/experience
To be successful in this position we believe you have at least 3 years of working experience within the financial area or at least 3 years in Business Control related areas.
Bachelor of Science/MBA or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Proficiency in MS Office and financial systems
Good accounting knowledge
Strong analytical skills
You enjoy collaboration and networking, are well structured and have an analytical approach and a business oriented mind-set in your daily work
You have a proactive behavior, self-driven and independent with great communication skills
Great communication skills in English, spoken and written
