Job description
As a Business Control Specialist you’ll be working with our finance department to control all business processes within our company.
You’ll have the following responsibilities:
• Maintain and implement internal control tools and methods, improve efficiency and effect of internal control work
• Construct internal control environment and to deploy control training and make it public
• Monitor and review control result and to bring forward action suggestions
• Organize region internal control work
• Track control issues in a "closed-loop" fashion
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
• Educational background on at least undergraduate level, preferred specialized area's are finance, accounting, economy or management
• Fluent in English
• Has previously worked with internal control, internal audit, external audit or process optimization; Work in finance, treasury, procurement, sales or asset management, it is preferred if candidate has CPA, ACCA or CIA
• Be good at organizing, communicating and to coordinating
• Be familiar with internal control work in either mentioned fields
• Can take full responsibility and have possibility to travel
It’s an advantage if you have previous experience in working for an international company.
For this position it’s important for you to be easy going and that you are used to working independently.
