hela Sverige Ikano Bank is looking for a Business Control Manager for our Swedish branch. You will work closely together with the Swedish Management Team and report to the Country Manager.

What's in this role?
• Through a present leadership you will lead, manage and coach your team, in total we have three Controllers, to a successful delivery
• Proactively come with recommendations from a controlling perspective, how we can do smarter and better business than yesterday - challenge the business
• Budget and Forecast responsibility, lead the process and play a major role in building it from top to bottom line
• Monthly reporting - describe the result in management report, sales statistic, KPI follow up etc. to central business control
• Monthly closing calls and presentation - to be able to explain the drivers in the result in a pedagogical way
• Sense check the result at month end closing and also make accruals and bookings in order to have a correct result
• Business Case - act as a co-pilot to the business and be a sparring partner in changes in the business, calculate financial impact on the business
• Member of the Swedish management team and Credit Committee
• Aware of what 's happening in the market and use external data in analysis work
• A dotted reporting line to the Head of Central Business Control
• You will be responsible for creating, implementing and improving routines, processes and methods, as well as reporting, goal management and follow-up key figures

Are you the one for Ikano?
We are looking for someone with +3 years of experience of controlling, preferably within the area of banking and/or insurance products. You have a high level of Excel skills, understanding of accounting and are able to understand and explain what drives results. You thrive when you can shift from high level strategic questions to the small nitty gritty daily things.
You have strong stakeholder management skills, and you stand for a team player-environment. You have the ability to take ownership and responsibility, and you are experienced in building and maintaining trustful relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
You have excellent communication skills in both verbal and written Swedish and English.
Experience in Navision and Qlikview is a plus.
