Position Description
In this position you will be a member of a team supporting the financial analysis and planning of our global business. You will directly report to Director, Business Control.
• Move beyond compiling data and help tell the story behind the numbers
• Be involved in the business while growing your leadership and interpersonal skills
• The role will be a part of a team that is responsible for financial analysis and process implementation to drive global operational efficiencies
As one of our team members, you will significantly contribute to our global finance and controlling leadership helping to realize our long-term profitability and working capital sustainability.
Main activities and responsibilities:
• Assist and support administration of guidelines and procedures including, but not limited to, budget and forecast, business cases, reporting follow-up standards including quantitative guidance, timing, templates, calculation rules, areas of emphasis, etc.
• Support the end-to-end planning process (short and long-term) plus the related follow-up and review of plans, actuals, reporting and presentation materials
• Prepare financial modeling including, but not limited to, breakeven analysis, cost savings projects, competitive analyses, new business development, margin improvements and profitability
• Participate with the month-end close including identification, reconciliation and research into abnormalities
• Measure and monitor forecast and planning accuracy; utilizing data to identify and implement improvements
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve process efficiency
• Be a trusted advisor providing value-added decision support and guidance to corporate functions, including cost center financial planning and analysis

Required knowledge and experiences:
• University degree in Finance or Economics
• Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office Suite & SAP
• 3-5 years working experience in finance field with FP&A, treasury and/or working capital experience
• Fluent in English
