Our office in Dubai, together with the team in Riyadh are covering 14 countries in Middle East and we deliver advisory and consultancy services related to commercial excellence and revenue growth across various sectors such as digital technologies, energy, healthcare and mobility. Our clients' businesses are often driven by digitalization, innovation and sustainability. Our consultancy scope includes for instance market entry and growth strategy, public affairs, operations footprint as well as client and partner acquisition.

What do we expect from you?
We are looking for a candidate at an Associate or Consultancy level (ranging from recent graduates to talents with up to four years of working experience - your position and compensation will be based on your seniority), who will play a critical role in leading projects related to commercial excellence and revenue growth.
You are interested in a fast-paced environment, a steep learning curve and to work in a dedicated team supporting Swedish clients in their growth journey in the UAE, as well as the rest of Middle East and globally.
You will be working in project teams collecting, analysing and presenting information and insights to our clients, which you mostly get from interactions with external stakeholders on the market. You will travel in the region with our clients on a regular basis.
You will support senior colleagues in sales dialogues, insight driven development of new business opportunities, as well as prospecting and together with the team, develop customer value propositions. We have a strong and dedicated team, and we set the bar high for applicants' aptitude in analyzing market drivers as well as interacting with senior business leaders. - You have a higher academic degree, preferably a Master of Science in Engineering and/or Business Administration from a well-regarded school
- You have probably 1-4 years of relevant working experience, preferably from a renowned management consultant or in-house strategy team
- Experience from an international context from studying and/or working is a plus
- You are result-oriented, analytical and with a strong drive and an ability to handle new challenges
- You have strong social and team-working skills and cultural adaptiveness
- You preferably have experience in conducting sales of services and enjoy sales challenges
- A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English is a requirement. Arabic and Swedish language skills are a strong advantage
