The position
At Cambio, we are expanding our digital patient services portfolio and are looking for a Business Consultant who wants to help healthcare organizations successfully implement and develop solutions such as e-Referral, Patient Remote Monitoring and other digital services which will contribute to a better patient experience. In this role, you will play an important part in enabling healthcare providers to adopt and maximize the value of digital services that improve communication, accessibility and patient engagement throughout the care journey.
As a Business Consultant, you will work closely with healthcare organizations, supporting them throughout implementation, adoption and continuous development of Cambio's solutions. You will lead customer implementations and coordinate customer rollouts, facilitate workshops and training sessions, configure solutions, and help customers optimize their workflows and processes.
Much of your work will be conducted directly with customers, both remotely and on-site, but you will also collaborate extensively with internal stakeholders such as Product Management, Customer Success Managers and delivery teams.

About you
You are a proactive and solution-oriented person who enjoys working closely with customers and turning their needs into practical solutions. You are comfortable leading workshops, training sessions and discussions, and you build strong relationships with both customers and colleagues.
Several of the service areas you will work with are growing and evolving, which means there is not always a clear roadmap or predefined answer. To thrive in this role, you enjoy exploring new challenges, engaging the right stakeholders and finding solutions that create value for both customers and Cambio. Requirements

Experience working with COSMIC or a similar EHR system, either as a key user, application specialist, consultant, trainer, or through implementation and configuration projects.

Experience leading implementation, rollout, or digital transformation projects within healthcare, healthcare IT, or digital health services.

Strong communication skills and experience leading workshops, training sessions, presentations, or change initiatives.

Proficiency in Swedish is a prerequisite for this position, as our client in the public sector specifically requires Swedish language skills.

It's a bonus if you

Understanding of national guidelines, regulations, or standards within the healthcare sector.

Place of employment: Linköping or Stockholm
Scope: Full-time, hybrid work model (three days per week in-office)
Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
Additional Information: Willingness and ability to travel as required for the role
