hela Sverige Are you an experienced Business Consultant who enjoys developing customers business? LeanSwift is hiring a Senior M3 Business Consultant who will work with our customers business processes and provide expertise within Infor CloudSuite.

LeanSwift is a part of Wipro and a trusted Infor Partner. We help customers with digital transformation and provid better business insights with the help of accessible information and analytics. We develop our customers business processes and are specialists in Infor CloudSuite/M3, wich we use to provide consulting services across multiple industries and verticals. We are small but effective and has to date delivered more than 500 projects. We provide services to large organizations in US, Sweden, and Europe. 20 persons of total team of more than 130, are located in Sweden.
Job Summary:
In this role you will work with the LeanSwift team with establishing, executing, and supervising an implementation plan for Infor CloudSuite/M3 in collaboration with the Project Manager. You are a peoples person and are used to work effeciently with multiple contacts such as business team subcontractors, vendors, and internal IT groups, to operate and deploy system configurations that support client needs and the business processes.
As a Business Consultant at LeanSwift you will also answer inquires, provides advice, and contribute to RFIs/RFQs etc. After implementation you will be a part of testing project modifications, as well as to follow up how the needs and requirements of the client have been met in the project. You are responsible for reporting, timelines and status charts.
Your previous experience
You have strong business and technical aptitude and good problem-solving skills. You have effective time management skills for handling multiple priorities and simultaneous projects. To be successful you need to possess excellent analytical and communicating skills as well as being able to lead a team. Your focus is on getting things done.
As a person you are interested in the clients business flows. You have a proven record of continued learning through a combination of structured, on-the-job, and self-directed training.
You have experience of relevant responsibility as a consultant (business or technical orientation), and have experience of Business systems/plattforms such as Infor/M3, SAP or Salesforse etc. It's meriting if you have several years of Business consulting and have a university degree in relevant areas.

Language skills: Full business proficiency in English, a bonus if you also have an additional Nordic language proficiency.
Location: Linköping, Stockholm or Växjö in Sweden. Most client work done remote.
Fulltime: 100%
Travel: We work remotely, but sometimes projects require travel a couple of days per month. In most projects you will be able to schedule work travel according to your personal situation.
Start date: As agreed.
