Process and IT is of increasing strategic importance for the Volvo Group. There are new opportunities that will make us work more global, more integrated and more efficient throughout the Volvo Group and Group Trucks Technology. The P&IT function has the mission to drive process and IT strategy, development, efficiency and implementation for GTT.
The Software Development and System Engineering team within GTT Process & IT has the task to lead global Process & IT development Projects within our area of responsibility.
We are now looking for Business Consultants and Project Managers to join our global team within Embedded System development in this exiting journey. The position offers a stimulating and dynamic work environment. Our mission is to implement new or updated process and tools to support the Embedded Systems area to meet the future in commercial vehicle customer demands.
As Business Consultant / Project Manager you will be responsible for securing the project success, driving the implementation of processes, methods and tools to support product projects. In this role you will also lead change management activities to ensure successful implementations of our projects.
Qualifications
• Masters degree in Electrical or Automotive Engineering or equivalent
• You have minimum 3 years experience in project management or process management with focus om embedded systems in the automotive industry.
• As we work globally we want you to have international business experience working within a global network.
We want successful applicants to have project management experience in developing Processes in line with ISO 9000/ ISO 16949 Quality Management system and in BPMN. In this role you also need to have good facilitation and communication skills, innovative mind-set and a proven ability in managing change in a global organization.
