hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Ascade AB i Stockholm As a Business Consultant, you will work closely with customers to help them get full value from our software solutions. This requires good understanding of the customer business needs in combination with deep knowledge in our software solutions.
You will also work with Sales Support, helping Sales to convince potential customers that our solution is the right choice. Most activities are performed remotely from Stockholm but occasional customer onsite activities will be required.
As part of the role you are expected to provide input for improvements of our products and services. This is done by providing feedback of market needs to the CSG Assure product management and propose improvements in our service portfolio.
We think that you are analytical and solution oriented, enjoy working closely with customers to help them to use our high-tech solutions.
o Technical Account Consultancy: Proactively work with existing customers to help them get full value of our solutions
o Sales Support: Assist Sales with presentations, demos, customer consultancy, RFP responses
o Product and Service Improvements: Gather customer business needs and market trends and feedback improvement suggestions to product management. Propose improvements of the services we provided to our customers
Required Skills and Experience
• Completed postgraduate degree
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills
• Experience in Business Support Systems (BSS) application consulting
• Familiar with some of the technologies we use: SIP, Mobile Network technologies (2G/3G/4G), SQL database, Windows server, Linux server, Amazon (AWS), Azure
• Experience in international mobile roaming is an advantage
