To be able to accommodate our customers' needs, as well as Tietoevry's internal needs, we are now looking for someone that can support the full establishment of the service in Sweden. Since we are now conducting a full-scale establishment there will be an opportunity for the person joining to form their role in collaboration with the solution responsible.
You will work in parallel with the solution manager in Sweden, taking responsibility of the below listed areas.
Project Management
Pre-project
Participate in pre-sales activities
Plan the project
Estimate timelines
Ensure resourcing
During project
Take project management responsibility
Face the customer
Manage project process tools
Report to steering committees
Post-project
Ensure project cost follow-up
Lessons learned
Sales
Internal sales
Seek opportunities
Present solution to internal customer teams
Work with sales team
Workplace communications
External sales
Represent AaaS in customer meetings
Solution creation based on customers' input
Ensure accommodation of customers' needs with internal stakeholders
We expect you to have
Basic IT training and/or several years of professional experience as a project manager in an IT organization
Experience working with agile project methodology
Experience working with global teams
Oral and written proficiency in English is indispensable. Communication skills in Swedish is a plus
The right to work in Sweden
Ability to travel in and outside of Sweden
Location
