THIS IS THE JOB
As a Business Consultant within Manufacturing or Logistics Industries at Stratiteq, you will play an important part in our projects and our presales activities. Your focus is to understand our clients ' business, operations and strategy and transforming it into requirement specifications and business transformation plans. You should utilize your extensive background within manufacturing or logistics industries to drive organizational evolution using data, sensors, IoT etc., as well as converging sales opportunities into real value. In your role you strive to lead and implement digitalization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. Furthermore, you should act as a consultant and provide expert guidance to clients on strategic decision-making and process improvement, foster a collaborative and educational environment to facilitate knowledge transfer and skill development.

You will be part of our Business Consultancy practice, where we gather all Business Consultants on a global scale from different business verticals. Business Consultancy is a practice within Stratiteq with a lot of focus and growth. Our aim is to expand our Business Consultancy practice on a global scale, taking it beyond its current boundaries and unlocking its potential in new markets. Your manager will be Global Head of Business Consultancy, Liselott Lading.
THIS IS YOU
We are looking for an experienced professional from the manufacturing or logistics industry. You thrive in a role where you can drive and lead organizational change through digitalization of various sorts and a strong understanding of manufacturing data and its application in production environments. Also, you want to be part of the sales activities leading to new business for us in the manufacturing industries.
Other requirements
• Several years of experience in the manufacturing or logistics industry, driving change with the help of manufacturing data, sensors and IoT.
• Proven track record of driving organizational change through digitalization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and educate clients effectively.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated history of taking initiatives and managing long-term investments.
• Comfortable in English and Swedish both spoken and written.
