Our primary focus is companies within Healthcare and Mobility. We use leading technologies such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, IoT, RTLS, AI, Machine Learning and Power BI, to name a few.

THIS IS THE JOB
As a Business Consultant within Healthcare at Stratiteq, you will play an important part in our projects and in pre-sales activities. Your focus is to understand our clients ' business and strategy and transforming it into requirement specifications and business transformation plans. You will drive business evolution through digitalization in the healthcare industry, as well as converging sales opportunities into real value. With your experience from the field, you will guide clients by bridging the gap between digitalization possibilities and current obstacles, while understanding the challenges and opportunities within healthcare. When you engage with international clients, you will showcase our achievements and demonstrate the value of our services. Your proactive approach will contribute to business development, whilst utilizing your network to seek new opportunities.

You will be part of our Business Consultancy practice, where we gather all Business Consultants on a global scale from different business verticals. Together we form a community where we collaborate on an everyday basis as well as on a strategic level to reach our goals. We believe that in today's digital age, technology and business go hand in hand, and our role is to facilitate the convergence of these two domains.
Business Consultancy is a practice within Stratiteq with a lot of focus and growth. Our aim is to expand our Business Consultancy practice on a global scale, taking it beyond its current boundaries and unlocking its potential in new markets. Your manager will be Global Head of Business Consultancy, Liselott Lading.
THIS IS YOU
We are looking for an experienced professional from the healthcare industry. You thrive in a role where you can drive and lead organizational change through digitalization of various sorts. Also, you want to be part of the sales activities leading to new business for us in the healthcare industry.
Other requirements
• Several years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Proven track record of driving organizational change through digitalization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and educate clients effectively.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated history of taking initiatives and managing long-term investments.
• Comfortable in English and Swedish both spoken and written.
