The mission of Digital Transport Operator, is to make the transport hauliers and operators business more sustainable and profitable through digitalisation. Business Management, consists of Business Managers, Business Concept Managers and Digital Marketing Manager.
Your duties
You will be one of the Business Concept Managers in the team. Your responsibility will be to lead concept development projects which involves:
• Exploring new service business concepts based on ideas generated within the organisation as well as from the Scania service roadmap
• Evaluation of and prioritisation between different business opportunities and development needs
• Lead the development of the decided solution/functionality in cooperation with agile developers, stakeholders in the Scania organisation, assignors, business units, and customers.
You will work closely with the development teams as well as the sales organisation.
Your profile
The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit, and a good understanding of, or a serious interest in learning, the transport industry and connectivity. Experience from SaaS businesses will be highly valued.
You need to be well-organised, open minded and eager to learn, as well as being innovative and bold to challenge existing ways of doing things.
You easily understand business requirements and are able to translate them into service concepts with viable business models. As a person you are a team player but who works well independently. You have good communication skills, easily relate to other people and can represent your organisation in an external context.
You have a relevant academic education in engineering and/or business administration. You can express yourself in Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
