We are a fast growing team based in Gothenburg, Sweden, and Hangzhou, China, with the objective to reshape the customer journey and change mobility as we know it.

Business Concept Developer Aftersales
As Business Concept Developer Aftersales you will be responsible for driving creative ideas into innovative services in line with LYNK & CO brand values and that ensures an excellent LYNK & CO user satisfaction.
You are an ambitious team player in the beginning of your career who thrive in a fast-paced, continuously changing, co:spirit environment. Above all you share our passion to do things differently.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Drive business innovations within Aftersales area
- Drive development from ideas into concepts and pilot testing
- Ensure concepts are possible to put into operation

- University degree level in within relevant area
- Entrepreneurial mind-set with an open and creative spirit.
- Ability to inspire others - to challenge and foster creativity and innovation
- Driven problem solver who takes initiatives and responds to changing priorities
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills, team player
- Genuine interest in connected technology
- Cultural awareness,
- Fluency in English - both written and spoken
- Travels will be required
