We are looking for a Business Communication Manager. As a member of the Leadership and Employee Communication Management Team you will be part of enabling us to mobilize our 40,000 employees through clear and engaging communication. You will also lead a team of experienced communicators as well as combining the role with being our E&O (Engineering & Operations) Communication Strategist.
Further you will secure the implementation of communication strategies, manage internal stakeholders, and hyper-collaborate with across the different departments, and others on our shared agenda.
If successful, you will have helped to engage and motivate all our employee across the world - mobilized them as strong and proud ambassadors for Volvo Cars.
We're looking for you
We are looking for a leader who is highly motivated, results-orientated, well-organised, creative and innovative with good time management skills. A minimum of 10 years' experience of leading people in employee communication in a global environment is required.
In this role, it is important to have strong verbal and written communication skills as well as having an understanding and experience in contributing to engagement and reach as well as exploring new ways of working and new formats.
You have a solid understanding and are an experienced communicator of an industrial context in areas such as supply chain, procurement, engineering and manufacturing.
You are a strong people leader and have the ability to inspire and mobilise directly and across broader teams and organization structures. You are able to create clarity, show courage and empower a high performing team.
