Fujitsu Nordic Business Assurance is now looking for a Business Assurance Assistant.
Initially you will be the Nordic Single Point of Contact for all Business Management administration (business/bid reviews) and reporting, working closely with (and reporting to) the Head of Business Assurance.
This means organizing the reviews, document decisions and actions, follow-up on actions and keeping track of all related documents (auditable records) in a Sharepoint environment.
You will work with the Nordic Management team and counterparts in the Nordic countries. The reviews and documentation is in English, our corporate language.
You will also be responsible for Business Management reporting to our headquarters and other functions. Typically this could be business pipeline reporting, won - lost business reporting etc.
Given your interests and skills the job will over time be developed into other areas of Business Assurance as outlined above.
Given Fujitsu's ICT Services profile you are expected to be familiar with and hopefully experience from IT Business Management in preferably the IT Outsourcing area.
You are used to working in an international environment and at a higher management level.
As we are working with very sensitive and confidential information you are expected to be very careful and have a well developed sense of order.
