Nu Creatives client is a full service agency that helps global and international brands achieve their online ambitions. They are located in modern premises in central Gothenburg. On their behalf, we are now looking for a Business Area Manager with experience in 3D / CGI to join their team.
The Job
As a Business Area Manager you will be working closely with the management team in order to develop and operate the business area 3D / CGI. This means that you are responsible for the entire process, from start to finish. You develop a complete business plan, from offer to sales strategy. You are responsible for sales, forecasting and financial follow-up and for keeping good relationships with the clients as well as developing the general business. You lead a team of experienced professionals who can provide expertise and support.
Background and skills
• You have a background in 3D / CGI and extensive experience in sales and long-term client relationships.
• You have experience from leading and motivating a team of people.
• You are driven, meticulous and have a strong business sense.
• You are good at establishing trust and you are a communicative relationship creator with the ability to motivate your fellow colleagues.
• You quickly grasp the big picture, you are cost conscious regarding ways to solve clients? needs while being sensitive to expectations and you see opportunities for additional sales.
Responsibilities including budgetary responsibility and leadership is something you enjoy, you are independent and proactive and know that the ultimate responsibility for a satisfied client is always yours ? to make and implement good business is one of your passions.
If you are openminded, socially competent and independent you will fit in well. Furthermore you are structured, flexible and loyal and you have a proactive approach in your work.
