hela Sverige Alite International is looking for an experienced BUSINESS AREA DIRECTOR to join our team in Malmö but focus on our European Operations and growth in the area of Finacial Services Outsourcing and Fintech Strategic Consultancy.
About the role:

Your role will be based on the combination of strategic analysis, B2B sales & marketing in the area of Finacial Services Outsourcing and Fintech Strategic Consultancy. You will provide both hands-on and strategic support in the optimization and effective use of lead generation to achieve the business goals of your clients. You will build long term relationships with your clients and maintain technology partnerships. Consulting, sales and account management are key in this role. You will be also responsible for offer and bid preparation and for P&L analysis and profitability.

Skills and Experience:
We're looking for a person that can show the following qualifications:
• A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Social Studies or Linguistics;
• 5+ years of experience in Finacial Business Process Outsourcing and Core Systems development;
• Lead generation, bid management and account management experience;
• Excellent understanding in identifying a target group of clients, evaluating customer needs, analyzing and resolving customer issues and implementing key decision processes;
• Understanding of the Risk management process and Compliance;
• Proficient English language, written and verbal communication skills;
• Knowledge of Serbian, Macedonian and Croatian;
• Exceptional client-facing and communication skills;
• Excellent Presentation skills;
• Strong Negotiation skills;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
• Proficient user of CRM Systems;
Additionally, we value if you have any of the following:
• Previous IT industry experience;
• Knowledge of Atlassian JIRA & Confluence.
