Right now we are looking for someone to be part of our Customer Cluster Production Plus team within Portfolio & Architecture, in the role as Business Architecture - Production Plus Segment Portfolio & Partnerships
Purpose
Support VCE Building the world we want to live in by implementing the business strategy through world class global segment portfolio management.
Secure that we in the future have the right focus becoming a total solution provider with the right portfolio in the areas of Mining, Quarries & Aggregates, Heavy infrastructure, Oil and Gas, Forestry and Industrial material handling.
What we need you to do:
Through cross-functional work lead us towards a fit for the future portfolio for production plus segments. Support the team in building trust and transparency, where common goal and purpose is well known by the team.
Be a change agent for this new way or working.
Be in the lead of the production plus portfolio and partnership journey and working closely together with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, always with our customers & partners in focus.
Be a good communicator and have the ability to share information where needed, to support the global production plus segment portfolio.

You also take own initiatives to drive improvements since we are on a journey of transforming our business.
You have a holistic thinking and an open cooperative mindset.
Experience from managing complex portfolios from a global perspective, but also in understanding specifically around the Chinese culture and market is needed.
