TEI is responsible for the IT and Automation strategy and the IT portfolio within Production and Logistics at Scania (P&L). TEI is a department within Global Industrial Development (TE).
TEIE is the department at TEI that is responsible for ERP Systems and Business Architecture at P&L.
We are now looking for a Business Architect for P&L. We are in a phase where we have many initiatives during the next five to six years, that will influence the design and implementation of a new architecture together with new IT solutions. The architecture and IT solutions should be an enabler for our P&L business to take on new challenges and opportunities within our global production system.
Main Responsibilities
As a Business Architect you will drive and lead the work needed so that our business architecture within P&L will contribute to our challenges and opportunities within our global production system. You will be responsible for the way of working to keep the business architecture for P&L up to date and well-known. Together with our management within P&L you are an important key player for our business- and IT-development initiatives.
You work closely with both business and IT, as well as our core team of experts and project managers.
As a group member of TEIE you will participate in, and contribute to our own group development and improvement work.
Your Profile
We believe that you have an university degree in Information Science or have the corresponding knowledge. Working in the area between business and IT requires that you understand and can handle both perspectives.
Furthermore you have knowledge about Scania's business and processes. You have experience as a business architect and business analyst.
You have good knowledge and experience in Business Modelling and Architecture. You have a good level in facilitating meetings and you 're structured, pedagogic and communicative.
To succeed in the role, you need social and analytic skills. You are used to take own initiatives to create and maintain structures. You want to create an overall perspective and see the complete picture.
You are fluent in Swedish and manage the English language in a good way.
