Your mission
In this position you work closely with different stakeholders, building and nurturing organizational awareness and coaching others to maximize value from Enterprise Architecture thinking, approach, target architecture and business platform strategy. You support business executives to take the strategy to execution and partner with business leaders to understand the change needed holistically. Business governance, finding innovation opportunities and evaluating emerging trends are just some of the larger themes you will be working with, and you succeed in this position by coaching, challenging, influencing, raising questions and making those around you reflect.
Some of your main responsibilities include:
Supporting the development of M&A business integration plans to realize value and provide direction for the level of M&A integration versus decentralization.
Developing and managing customer value proposition and valuing streams and consolidating business platform strategy across divisions and sales areas.
Developing forward looking business and value driven end to end target architecture and roadmaps. You achieve this by building and nurturing organizational awareness and by coaching others to maximize value from Enterprise Architecture thinking, approach, target architecture and business platform strategy.
You report directly to Chief Enterprise Architect. The position is flexible between Stockholm (Sweden), Tampere (Finland), or Dublin (Ireland) and we offer you a hybrid working model. International travel is included in your job.
Your character
We 're looking for someone with experience in business analysis, consultant management or project management. You also understand our business and IT on a management level. If you have an understanding of our stakeholders, offerings, operating models, capabilities and applications it's considered a plus. As we work in a global arena you need to be fluent in English, verbally and in writing.
