The group, Quality & Operational Excellence at Indirect Purchasing (IDP), consists of 6 persons today. Each person is a specialist in their field. We are supporting Indirect Purchasing by driving operational development through enhancement of the business processes, working procedures, contract templates, IT systems as well as quality and sustainability requirements and assessments methods for the supply base
Procurement is currently implementing a set of new IT tools to improve quality and reduce administration for the buyers. The purpose of this role is to be the Business Application Manager for SAP Ariba, which is a new ordering system for indirect material and services, as well as being Local Application Lead for the new supplier master data system and the new sourcing system.
Main responsibilities
* Being the link between business and IT
* Developing business requirements
* Training of users and compilation of user documentation
* Maintenance of master data and templates in the system
* Identify potential improvement areas
Required qualifications
* SAP experience
* Fluent in English, both written and oral
* Experience from working in IT projects
Meritorious
* Experience to run trainings
* Basic understanding of IDP business and Volvo Car's financial processes
* Swedish language skills

* Customer focused,
* Business and performance driven
* Outgoing personality with great communication and cooperation skills
* Analytical and creative
