Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business and Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating architectural needs, mapping dependencies, and understanding business drivers to effectively address our customers' requirements. You will collaborate with key stakeholders within R&D Södertälje and contribute to defining optimal solutions for R&D operations in China. Your work will also involve close coordination with teams in both Södertälje and China to ensure the seamless integration of architectural solutions for R&D Industrial Operations Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse architectural needs and requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Map dependencies and business drivers to develop effective solutions.
Work closely with responsible organizations within R&D.
Contribute to defining and implementing solutions for R&D in China.
Identify, create, and request architectural baselines to address end-user needs.
Collaborate across global teams to align business and solution strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Fluency in both Swedish and English (spoken and written).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic approach to complex challenges.
Ability to take initiative and work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
