hela Sverige Ferratum Group was established in Finland in 2005. Today we are the market leading provider of unsecured consumer loans currently operating in 13 European countries, employing 100 professionals. Our aim is to become the leading global mobile micro loan company by 2014.
We are now searching for a business and sales oriented DIRECTOR to our West European region (currently including Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands and Spain)
Duties:
You are responsible for our micro loan service:
• Organizing, supervising and managing country managers and their countries
• Developing, monitoring and reporting our West European operations
• Budget responsibility of West European region
• Partnership negotiations (banks, credit record institutions, law offices, media, distribution channels)
• Media relationships and external communication
Education and work experience:
You hold a commercial/business diploma (BBA/MBA or equivalent).
This position requires you to have experience in at least 2 of the following areas:
1) at least 3 years budget responsibility on consumer business
2) at least 3 years experience of managing unsecured products
3) experience of doing business in West Europe counties
Skills:
You are comfortable with numbers, thorough, innovative, customer orientated and trustworthy. You are willing to take responsibility for the development of our business and able to see the big picture. You are not afraid to work independently and face unexpected situations or new challenges. You are able to work under pressure and still remain calm and creative. You are outwards going and verbal. We also wish you to be flexible with you working hours if needed.

Your working place is located in Pasila, Helsinki, but you are ready to visit the countries as much as needed to achieve the targets.
