The banking sector is undergoing fundamental change with digitalization, new technology and regulatory framework that is continuously transforming their clients business. As the financial landscape is changing, the bank is shifting from business-driven IT, to an IT-driven business. The IT-development is run in shorter sprints using agile ways of working, ensuring fast delivery and value in line with customer and business needs. Teamwork, collaboration and leadership is a crucial part of the way business is run at the bank, and they believe that is the key for high performing teams.

The area of Custody is starting up a major transformation, implementing a new IT platform that will support their business and operation in future proofing the services in the area. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the transformation by working with requirements in this initiative.

As a Business Analyst you will play a key part in a transformation journey when building the future of custody solutions. In this role you will in teams to collect and write requirements in tight collaboration with your different stakeholders; architects, business, operations and IT teams.

You will be a part of the newly established Next Gen Custody Department (Technology) and work against several teams and stakeholders. You will get the opportunity to discuss problems and opportunities with other Business Analysts but still be self-governing and plan your own schedule.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
• Collect, analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications and system requirements
• If needed, writing technical requirements such as protocol specifications
• Take lead, coordinate and drive refinement work
• Communicate with stakeholders at all different levels (business-/operation experts, product management, architects, development teams, QA, subject matter experts) to set the requirement and scope
• Manage requirements across the product life cycle

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
• Technical education
• 3-5 years of experience of working as a Business Analyst
• Experienced of networking and using your communicative ability when working with stakeholder management in several areas
• You have experience of working with complex systems and/or large and complex projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent Swedish and English skills (oral and written)

Knowledge within the Custody domain is meritorious

As a person

• You have strong problem-solving skills and is structured and with excellent attention to detail
• You like to work both independently and with others and can work under tight deadlines while maintaining multiple tasks/projects
• You have a strong drive and like to take initiatives and you can define a task even if it initially is vague
• You are pragmatic, adaptable and prestige less

• Start: As soon as possible
• Work extent: Full time, Asap - 30/6-2023
• Location: Stockholm, Arenastaden. Work from office at least 3 days/week
