• You should have extensive knowledge of IKEA business model, IKEA Framework, the strategic landscape and IKEA ways of working, IKEA tools, systems and processes
• You have a broad business understanding, with an appreciation of key performance measurements used to plan, follow up and steer the business with a customer-centric approach
• Have an excellent knowledge of IKEA processes, supply chain, warehousing operations and service business leading to an excellent customer fulfilment
• You can relate and apply market and industry knowledge to support realization of business and process goals and objectives, bringing an understanding of market specifics when making decisions

• You have a natural ability to identify and involve relevant stakeholders in a project, process or assignment to make things happen
• You should have a deep understanding of the customer fulfilment business processes and operations with specific focus in one or more of the following areas:

• An understanding of the replenishment flows is a bonus
• Ability to turn business understanding into tangible business processes, adhering to global standards
• Strong business analytics skills and ability to root cause an operational, business process or system issue and drive a solution
• You have excellent knowledge of the customer and co-worker needs, demands and expectations
A day in your life with us
We are recruiting Business & Process Development Leaders who will actively contribute to the future robustness of Retail business processes to drive efficiencies and optimize our ways of working, initially being driven as part of a business transformation program - Sales Order Management. The role is a permanent position, based in Fulfilment Development Support within Group CFF.
Some of the responsibilities will include:
• Be a key member of the Sales Order Management program
• Proactively identify and cluster business development, process improvements and data analytics needs, gathering requirements and establishing clear prioritization
• Provide subject matter expertise for customer fulfilment process
• Responsible to identify, specify and build improved and new business processes aligned with system solutions and functionalities in close collaboration with Customer Fulfilment, Commercial, Global Business Operations and Digital Unit
• Lead and directly undertake the analysis of business benefit and impact of the Sales Order Management processes ('Order to Cash' & 'Source to Pay') on Customer Fulfilment and INGKA
• Lead and undertake analysis of processes impacting financial compliance, defining changes (both process and development needs) to address these challenges
• As part of the Process Development Team, document outcomes and updates to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and processes based on agreed best practices
• Support product teams where development needs are identified from the SOP and process development activities
• Work closely together with CFF Process Development leaders in Group CFF line organizations to safeguard consistency of all relevant processes
• Lead the adoption of the SOPs, process documentation and working methods into the receiving countries.
