We are now looking for an ambitious Business Analytics Controller Nordics to Beiersdorf Nordic Finance team. This is a new position to strengthen and support the commercial Pharmacy team Nordics to grow their Eucerin and Health Care business even more. This role is based at the Nordic head office in Gothenburg and for the right person this is a great opportunity to frame this new role and to develop the setup. Beiersdorf offers broad responsibilities and challenging tasks. You will join an ambitious team and you report to the Commercial Finance Manager Nordics.

Main responsibilities for this role

To drive business performance in partnership with the Eucerin and Health Care function within Nordics by:

• Support, track and steer the financial planning and control process from Gross Sales to Gross Margin with a focus on customers and new business.
• Support in Launch & Relaunch process and actively challenge outcomes.
• Support and steer the pricing and TTC process and being a strong business partner to the team when it comes to customer negotiations or business cases.
• Being an actove member of the Pharmacy Finance Community in Hamburg.

Desired profile

• 1-3 years of experience in Commercial Controlling or other Finance roles
• University Degree
• An ability to work independently, being pro-active, results driven and have strong analytical skills
• Courageous influencer with the ability to build trusting cross functional relationships
