About the job We are the Value Stream (VS) "HR & Payroll" and within our Functional Teams (CFT) and we're looking for Business Analysts.

Our HR & Payroll solutions that to great extend are cloud based covers processes/areas like Recruitment, Onboarding, Transfer, Off boarding, Salary, Time, Training/LMS, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Development, Business Intelligence, Reporting etc and our responsibility is to secure the service delivery including both development and maintenance. We need to analyze needs, propose solutions, coordinate development activities and align/cooperate with service vendors and other CFT. Vendor relations are very important for our team, and also when the development is done by vendors they can be seen as a part of our CFT.

In the Business Analyst role, you are responsible for detailing and anchoring of the backlog items. Quality assurance of delivered functionality. Maximize the value of the investment opportunities and the work of the cross functional team.

Participate in discovery work of investment opportunities and Collect input and compile business cases
Help Agile Product Owner to break down investment opportunities into smaller deliverable pieces (MVP's) and user stories in the back-log
Detail and verify the back-log items and Anchor items with relevant stakeholders
Describe acceptance criteria and make sure those are understandable to the rest of the team
Participate in quality assurance of delivered functionality together with the cross functional team
Agree launch activities with relevant stakeholders. Support stakeholders regarding launch activities
Help the team to deliver frequently potentially shippable products, iteratively and incrementally, maximizing opportunities for feedback and value
Act as team player in the cross functional team and constantly improve the way of working
Support the APO in finding a good balance between life cycle management, maintenance, regulatory compliance as well as development of new features
Continuously update existing documentation for the services
Strive for high level of automation of the tasks and follow relevant maintenance processes
Proactively seek and give feedback on the delivered code/functionality to improve over time

What you need to succeed To be successful in this role, you need understanding & knowledge in development and maintenance of IT-solutions. You have understanding of the HR and/or Payroll process domain. You are preferably an experienced agile professional and a promotor of the agile way of working and experienced in working with external vendors. Excellent communication skills are crucial, and you find ways of adapting your communication to different stakeholders easily. Education: Preferable Academic degree in engineering, business administration, HR/payroll or any other relevant discipline.

Domain knowledge:

Extensive understanding of the HR business and the customer/user needs
High interest in and knowledge of stakeholders in the business area;
Mastering methods and tools used in business analysis

Analytical skills:

Able to ask relevant questions to identify the needs from stakeholders;
Able to perform business requirements analyses on assigned tasks alone or incorporation with team members
Able to perform processes/systems functionalities analyses
Understands business processes and Able to define and document rules, requirements;
Technical skills:
• Understanding of non-functional requirements for the system, life-cycle, information security etc.
• Able to read architecture descriptions, System knowledge
• Ability to bridge between IT and Business language to create needed network throughout the bank

Documentation/writing skills/Quality assurance

Able to perform Business acceptance testing and to document requirements
Understanding of test environments / routines and creation of Test data, ability to verify test data
