hela Sverige We are looking for Business Analysts/Product Owners who want to give our customers what they need, by developing our methods, processes, and IT solutions. This includes both acting as a Product Owner for our existing IT solutions and drive new, exciting initiatives. Agile ways of working are natural for you, always seeking feedback and improvements.

We work closely with our customers and you will be part of a team as well as working on your own, and prioritizing work is part of the role. There will be work cross-functionally over R&D and other parts of Scania. We are in the middle of the transformation towards more agile ways of working, using methods/frameworks like Scrum and SAFe and we work in 10 weeks increment (PI planning).
Who are you?
At Scania, we strive for a broad mix of experience, skills and personalities. We are looking for you that have a long experience working as a Business IT Analyst and/or Product Owner as well as you that are interested to start to develop in this role! To develop we need you to be interested in identifying and analyse stakeholders' needs. It is important to be able to translate these needs into requirements that you can coordinate, communicate, facilitate and lead the implementation of.
We think that the following qualifications are required for you to be successful in your role:
• You are a humble team player with an open and collaborative mindset and with a willingness to learn and share.
• You are pedagogical and have the ability to simplify rather than deepen - visualize, educate and inform.
• You have customer focus which you show by understanding the needs of Scania.
• You are a team player, both in supporting the team as well as supporting R&D and the rest of Scania within your area as a Business Analyst/Product Owner.
• You are fluent in English and preferably also fluent in Swedish.
• Preferably, you should have good domain knowledge within the area of Scania R&D and/or Scania IT. But if you don't have, this you will learn along the way.
• Educational: Academic degree in Engineering or equivalent working experience
